About Tiny Web Tools

Free, fast, privacy-first tools that run in your browser.

Tiny Web Tools is a growing collection of free online tools and calculators — for finance, health, students, developers, images, text, and more. Everything runs entirely in your browser, so your data never leaves your device, and every tool is free with no sign-up.

Our mission

The web is full of simple tasks that shouldn’t require an app, an account, or handing your data to a stranger — converting units, calculating a loan EMI, checking how many weeks pregnant you are, resizing a photo for a form, or generating a UUID. Tiny Web Tools exists to make those everyday jobs fast, free, and genuinely private. Our goal is a single, trustworthy home for the small tools people reach for again and again, especially for the things that matter in India — from PPF and income tax to gold prices and exam attendance.

What makes us different

  • Private by design. The vast majority of our tools run 100% in your browser. Your files, numbers, passwords, and text are processed on your own device and never uploaded to a server.
  • Free and open to everyone. No sign-up, no paywall, no watermarks. Every tool is free to use.
  • Genuinely useful, well explained. Each tool comes with a clear guide explaining how it works and how the numbers are calculated — so you can trust the result and learn something too.
  • Fast and lightweight. Tools load instantly and work on phones, tablets, and computers.
  • Made for India, useful everywhere. We pay special attention to India-specific needs — PPF, SSY, gratuity, GST, tola/gram conversions, exam photo sizes — while keeping everything useful worldwide.

How our tools work

Most tools on Tiny Web Tools are built with standard web technologies that run inside your browser. When you compress an image, decode a token, or roll dice, the work happens locally on your device — there is no round trip to a server. That is what lets us promise privacy: we can’t see or store what we never receive. A small number of features (such as showing ads to keep the site free) rely on third parties, which we describe in our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy and how we build

Our calculators use well-established formulas — the standard EMI and compound-interest formulas, the Payment of Gratuity Act formula, Naegele’s rule for pregnancy due dates, and so on — and we document the method in each tool’s guide so you can check our working. That said, results are for general information only. Interest rates, tax rules, and official specifications change, and individual situations vary, so for anything important — money, health, or legal matters — please confirm with a qualified professional or an official source. See our Disclaimer for more.

Who’s behind it

Tiny Web Tools is an independent project, started in 2024 and built and maintained by a small, self-funded team of developers. We’re not a big company — just people who like building fast, honest tools and improving them based on what people actually use. New tools and improvements are added regularly.
